1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
– The product is damaged or defective
– You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products (dry fruits and herbal items like shilajit), we do not accept returns for:
– Opened or used products
– Change of mind

3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
– You may be asked to provide proof (images/video)
– Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

4. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement for the damaged or incorrect product.

5. Shipping Costs
– If the issue is from our side, we will cover the return shipping cost
– Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
